You're responsible for the accuracy of the schedule and staff data you enter, for keeping your password secure, and for whatever you do with your account. Don't share login credentials with people who shouldn't have access to your schedule data.
Do not enter resident health information, medical records, or other protected health information into Tello Staff. It is a staffing tool, not a records system, and is not built or reviewed for that purpose.
Ask Tello answers are generated by an AI model grounded in your schedule data. It can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context you didn't give it. Treat its suggestions as a starting point, not a final decision — especially anything touching required staffing coverage or compliance obligations.
Tello Staff is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. There's no guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular regulatory requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Tello Staff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including scheduling errors, missed coverage, or data loss. You remain responsible for verifying your actual staffing coverage meets your facility's licensing requirements.
Access can be suspended or terminated for misuse of the service. You can stop using the app at any time.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above will be updated and, where practical, existing users will be notified.
