Tello Staff started as one thing: a printed monthly schedule taped to a corkboard, and an administrator running several residential care homes who was keeping the rest of it in her head — who's covering tonight, who's off tomorrow, who's free to pick up a shift on short notice.
The Schedule Board is built to match that paper exactly, on purpose — a free-text "Working" and "Day Off" list per home per day, not a rigid set of shift slots that force real staffing patterns into a shape they don't fit. Type it the way you already write it.
Right now: one administrator running multiple residential care homes under California's Title 22 licensing requirements. The tool is built to her actual workflow first, and generalized from there — not the other way around.
Tello Staff doesn't have a support line yet — if something's not working the way it should, reach the operator directly through whatever channel you already use.
